At Almond Grove Craft our priority is to make your online shopping experience as simple as possible. All prices listed are in Australian dollars.

Upon receiving an order we will calculate the postage and add it to your order. If postage exceeds $10 you will be advised to obtain permission for the order to proceed. Your credit card will not be charged until the products are ready to be dispatched.

You can order with us by:

  1. Secure online ordering - VISA and Mastercard are accepted. Cheques will be accepted but goods will not be despatched until the cheque has been received and cleared.
  2. Phone - Call us on (08) 8584 4766 or overseas customers +61 8 8584 4766.
  3. Fax - Proceed through checkout and choose 'Email' in the payment options. Finalize the transaction and print out the 'thank you' page and fax it to us on (08) 8584 4966

If you supply an email address with your order you will receive an immediate email confirmation of your order. Your orders will be attended to promptly and we will advise if there are any delays with providing products.

POSTAGE
On receival of an order, Almond Grove Craft will calculate the freight cost to your destination and
add it to your total.
Your goods will usually be sent by either Australia Post or whatever Almond Grove Crafts determines as best suited to your particular delivery.
If freight exceeds $10 you will be advised to confirm the price.
Almond Grove Craft will always try to deliver goods as quickly and as cost-effective as possible.
(Please note. We do not charge your card if the goods are not available to be despatched)

RETURNS
While all care is taken in packaging your goods, Almond Grove Craft will not be responsible for any goods received damanged, due to shipping.

SECURITY
Almond Grove Craft knows the importance of being able to shop securely on-line so we have taken steps to ensure that our customers information is secure.

GST
All prices quoted on this site include GST. For overseas orders GST will be deducted and the total of your order will be adjusted upon despatching of goods.
